Sr. Sandra Maggiolo, the Canossian Mother General, paid a special visit to St. Joseph's Home. She met with Bishop Sebastian, Fr. Joachim, Friar Esmond and Sr. Roslind, spent meaningful time with the children, and presented gifts on behalf of the Canossian order.

Children's Pilgrimage to the Pilgrim Churches of the Diocese of Penang
Inspired by Pope Francis' Jubilee Year of Hope, St. Joseph's Home organised a pilgrimage to three designated Pilgrim Churches in the Diocese of Penang. The children, board members, staff and volunteers travelled by bus, beginning at the Church of the Assumption in Georgetown where Fr. Ryan Innas Muthu celebrated mass.

They performed for our children, participated in joint activities, and shared cultural experiences that brought smiles all around.

St Joseph's Home welcomed the Perjalanan Salib (Journey of the Cross) to their Home, bringing together boys and girls of different ages, staff, and volunteers in a shared act of faith culminating in prayer for the needs of the world.
